Biryaaniwala does not operate any company-owned stores. The company specializes in providing consultation services for restaurants worldwide. Biryaaniwala’s primary focus is on the franchise business and providing continuous support to its franchises.

This offer starts on 16th June and will last up to 50 stores or by 31st July 2024, whichever is the earliest.

Yes, you can start a Biryaaniwala restaurant of any size, but the kitchen and food pickup space must be a minimum of 400 sq ft. You can design the interior yourself, and we also provide design assistance. You can have any seating arrangement in your Biryaaniwala restaurant.

No. Biryaaniwala will not charge any royalty to the first 50 stores starting from 16th June and up to 31st July 2024, whichever is the earliest.

The term offered for the first 50 stores until 31st July 2024 will be lifetime license use. 

We will support your business relocation and help you with the relaunch or purchase your license at the market rate during that time.

Yes, Biryaaniwala provides loan facilities even if your CIBIL scores need to meet the standard requirements.
Based on your CIBIL score, you may also get between 80% to 100%.

Based on your CIBIL score, the interest rate may be between 12.5% to 15%. 

Private banks and NBFC (Non-banking financial companies) will issue the loan.

Yes, Biryaaniwala provides the expert team with the expert team who are trained in our training centre in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. We take care of the complete recruitment responsibilities, including job postings, interviews and selections, travel and accommodation at the training centre, food, and salary. Once selected for your store, they will be sent to your location at the franchisee’s cost, and the salary starts the day they arrive at the franchise’s location.

It would be best to have four staff members in your store: a Biryani Specialist, a Kebab Specialist, an All Rounder, and a kitchen assistant. The Franchisee must handle the packing and the cash counter. You will also get the support of the team when packing. You need a dish and pot washing utility person to keep the restaurant and the cooking tools clean and tidy.

The following are the salaries of the team members:
  • Biryani Chef: INR. 40K.
  • Kebab Chef: INR. 30K.
  • All Rounder Chef: INR. 30K.
  • Kitchen Assistant: INR. 15K. 
The franchisees will pay the salaries on the 10th of every month without fail. 
  • Accommodation facilities with basic amenities.
  • A basic and minimum one-time accidental insurance is required.
  • PF and ESI as applicable.
  • Food on duty.
  • Early bonus of 5% on their annual salary.
  • 15 days paid leave per annum if they do not take any leave of more than two days per annum. 

Yes, Biryaaniwala will provide the staff within 24 to 48 hours if anyone leaves the job in an emergency. Otherwise, if anyone leaves the job, as per the company policy, the employee must serve 15-day notice period, and Biryaaniwala will provide a replacement within that period free of cost. 

The following are the responsibilities of the franchisee of Biryaaniwala:
– Manage billing.
– Place raw material orders and receive orders.
– Maintaining the DMR (Daily Management Report) software provided by Biryaaniwala.
– Managing packing and issuing of food from the kitchen.
– Ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Coordinating with Biryaaniwala management daily.
– Attending seminars conducted by the Biryaaniwala team to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.
– Attending the initial training program, which includes recipe training and business management.

INR. 8 lakhs is the total project investment, excluding GST, transportation, Biryaaniwala company staff travel and accommodation expenses.

The cost does not cover service, housekeeping, storage, garbage maintenance, or pest control tools.

The payment towards the Biryaaniwala Franchise must be transferred through bank RTGS and 100% in advance.

Yes, you will get a year’s warranty for all the materials delivered by Biryaaniwala. Beyond one year, there will be visiting charges of INR. 350, and any replacement material charges apply.

The material transportation cost will vary from location to location and must be borne
by the franchisee. It must be paid in advance before the disposal of the goods.
The company staff travel and accommodation expenses will be around INR. 15K to
25k, depending on location to location, and must be paid in advance.

Biryaaniwala’s menu typically has Hyderabadi biryani, kebabs (Barbecue, Alfaham,
Grill, Tawa Kebabs & Shawarma), desserts and beverages. Biryaaniwala also serve
Persian Mandi Biryani and Hyderbadi Haleem in seasons. You can also include your
local menu if required, but if you wish to include Tandoor in the menu, you may invest
in the Tandoor and Indian burners with another 100 sq ft space extended in the setup.

Yes, you can serve Chinese items on the Biryaaniwala menu if there is demand for these items, but again, the equipment and extra space are required for the setup. Also, it would be best to have extra staff for this menu.

for the Biryaaniwala franchise. They are priced 22% lower than other brands. These
masalas have a shelf life of one year, with monthly stocking requirements. Delivery
to your door is free, and these products help reduce food costs, preparation time,
